TOMCAM TV - STREAM PACK ======================= Tom: this is the whole on-air look. Everything is a local web page, so OBS just points browser sources at these files. No plugins, no accounts, no internet needed once it is unzipped. START HERE (2 minutes) ---------------------- 1. Unzip this folder anywhere you will leave it. Do not move it afterwards - OBS remembers the exact path. 2. Run the setup: macOS double-click SETUP-TOM.command Windows double-click SETUP-TOM.bat or python3 SETUP-TOM.py It rebuilds all 18 scene collections against YOUR folder and drops them into OBS. It never overwrites anything you already have. 3. Restart OBS. Scene Collection menu -> pick TOMCAM HOUSE. 4. In the Game and Watch Party scenes, replace the grey placeholder with your real capture. The overlays sit above it, so it slots underneath. Want to look before it touches anything? python3 SETUP-TOM.py --dry-run WHAT YOU GET PER COLLECTION --------------------------- Six scenes, ready: Lobby (3D) the screen you sit on. A live 3D showroom: the logo turns over a lit plinth, tonight's game stands on the second one, and the room is dressed for whatever you are playing - palms and a car driving laps for GTA 6, a tent and a lit campfire for Fortnite. Tom and Cam walk the floor and go round the props. The countdown is real. Intro the 14-second CGI intro (controller becomes the logo, then the TOMCAM TV title card). Replays every time you switch to the scene. Sound design is baked in - no music. Starting Soon the lobby, counting down Game gameplay + game overlay Watch Party two-host layout with lower thirds BRB the lobby, on a break Stream Ended the lobby, running the credits reel Starting Soon, BRB and Stream Ended are all the SAME page as the Lobby with a different headline. Change the room once and all four change with it. To see the room in every game theme before you go live, open lobby-themes.html (or double-click OPEN-THEME-BENCH). Click a game, and the line at the bottom is the exact URL to paste into your OBS browser source. TOMCAM HOUSE is the general-purpose one. The others are themed to a game or a colourway (Fortnite, GTA6, Halo, Silent Hill, Blaze, Midas, Verdant, ...). Same six scenes, different skin. THE INTRO --------- shared/brand/3d/intro-transform.webm what the Intro scene plays (1080p, transparent, 14s, with audio) TOMCAMTV-INTRO-default-1080p.mp4 flat version for YouTube / editing The webm has a real alpha channel, so it composites over whatever is behind it in OBS. If you want it over gameplay instead of black, just move the browser source above your capture. CREDIT (required - please do not drop it) ----------------------------------------- The intro uses a CC BY 4.0 controller model. Any YouTube upload that shows the intro needs this line somewhere in the description: 3D controller: "Sony PlayStation 5 DualSense" by Oxicid (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/sony-playstation-5-dualsense-e62786c6c9514765af059b7d8ca4e648), licensed CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), re-shaded and animated for TOMCAM TV. Once in the Twitch About panel covers every stream. Full details in CREDITS.md. The intro has NO music - the sound is our own design, generated from the animation. Nothing to clear, nothing that can get Content ID'd. IF SOMETHING LOOKS WRONG ------------------------ Black browser source the path moved. Re-run SETUP-TOM, restart OBS. Intro does not replay right-click the source -> Properties -> tick "Refresh browser when scene becomes active". Overlay is the wrong the theme lives in the source URL (?theme=halo). size or colour Use the collection for that theme instead of editing. Text overlaps the name fields have a width limit; shorten the handle, or add ?cards=0 to the overlay URL to drop the built-in name cards. Cameron has the source for all of it if you want something changed.
